The Professional Fighters League (PFL) is in Cardiff this weekend – and Caerphilly Observer is giving readers the chance to win a pair of tickets to see it live.

The PFL’s second 2022 Playoff event will be at the Motorpoint Arena on Saturday, August 13, featuring fighters from Welterweight and Heavyweight divisions, including 2021 Heavyweight Champion Bruno Cappelozza, Renan Ferreira, Rory MacDonald and Carlos Leal.

Tickets for the mixed martial arts (MMA) event at the Motorpoint range from £35 up to £200 – but readers can enter our competition for a chance to win a pair for free.

The PFL sees elite fighters from across the globe compete in a Regular Season, Playoffs and Championship. The four competitors win each division who earn the most points in the regular season advance to the playoffs – where the losers are eliminated.

The playoff winners advance to the PFL World Championship – with the winners going home with the $1m prize.

PFL CEO Peter Murray said: “As the Professional Fighters League continues its expansion, we look forward to delivering 2022 PFL Playoff Action to MMA fans in the UK.

“The PFL Playoffs give fans the best live action in combat sports as the PFL’s world-class athletes continue their pursuit of a PFL Championship and the $1 million prize.”
