Wilkins Terrace footbridge is being taken down for six weeks

A footbridge near the Pwllypant roundabout is going to be taken down this week for refurbishment.

The Wilkins Terrace footbridge, which goes over the A468/A469 towards the St Cenydd roundabout, will be gone for six weeks.

It will be taken down for offsite maintenance work on Friday, September 16, with the road underneath closed overnight between 8pm and 6am on Saturday.

Pedestrians and cyclists will be diverted to the Pwllypant roundabout to use the existing pedestrian crossing while the footbridge is gone.
