A meditation workshop is coming to New Tredegar this June

A meditation workshop is coming to New Tredegar this June. 

The event will be held at the Whiterose Information Resource Centre on June 3 and will be hosted by DJJS UK, a non-profit organisation which promotes wellbeing through meditation. 

Entry is free and there will be yoga, guided meditation and a basic lunch which will be provided.

Speakers will be attending from London alongside other special guests including a Reverend from Temple of Light Church Swansea.

Refreshments will be available along with natural products to buy. 

DJJS’ head office is based is based in London and the charity was formed in India.
