The Dragons are holding two open training sessions at its training ground in Ystrad Mynach.
The regional rugby team wants fans of all ages to come along to one of two free sessions at the Centre for Sporting Excellence. They are being held on Friday August 11 and Friday August 25.
Visitors can go on a tour of the ground before watching the players train. The event also includes fun and games for children followed by a meet and greet session with the team and staff.
Timetable for sessions
- 10am- Doors open
- 10.30am- Training ground tour
- 11am- Open training session
- 12pm- Children’s activities and player/ staff meet and greet
The Centre for Sporting Excellence is on Caerphilly Rd, Ystrad Mynach, CF82 7EP.
