An 18-year-old woman has been taken to hospital after falling from Blackwood’s Chartist Bridge, Gwent Police has confirmed.
A police spokesperson said the force received a concern for safety report at around 12.55pm on Friday October 13.
Police attended with personnel from the South Wales Fire and Rescue Service, as well as the Welsh Ambulance Service.
Chartist Bridge was closed and diversions put in place. It has since reopened.
