The ground floor of St Dingat’s Hall could be converted into flats

Plans to convert one floor of a hall in New Tredegar into studio flats have been submitted to Caerphilly County Borough Council.

The ground floor of St Dingat’s Hall, on James Street, could be converted into two studio flats – one would measure 35.3m2 and the other, 44.4m2.

Each flat would have a shower room and a kitchen and would be connected by a joint lobby.

The plans would not affect the first floor, which would remain an industrial workshop.

The plans can be viewed on the Caerphilly County Borough Council website under reference 23/0846/COU.
