A building in Blackwood’s pedestrianised zone could be turned into four flats under new plans submitted to Caerphilly County Borough Council.
The first floor of the Cordani Building, on Gravel Lane, could be developed into two one-bedroom flats and two studio flats.
Cwmbran-based MSH Property Holdings Ltd made the application on March 18.
The brick building is over two floors. The ground floor is a commercial space currently in use and will not be affected by the plans.
The application can be viewed in full on the Caerphilly County Borough Council website under reference 24/0204/COU.
