A developer has been granted permission to build three more units in Bedwas House Industrial Estate.

Applicant Colin Capel plans to construct the units on “vacant land” within the boundary of the existing Unit 12, on the north side of Greenway.

The new units will be between 10.3 metres and 12 metres high, and will be clad in grey metal sheeting.

Solar panels will be installed on the roofs, and new parking areas will be built around the buildings.

Caerphilly County Borough Council granted planning permission, subject to conditions including around site access, vehicle turning areas and surface water drainage.
