Gerwyn Price will go up against either Daryl Gurney or Raymond van Barneveld as the Czech Darts Open gets underway this weekend.
The competition, in Prague, begins on Friday October 18, with Price entering in the second round on Saturday evening.
The event concludes with the final on Sunday night.
Also competing in the Czech Republic is Jonny Clayton, from Carmarthenshire, who will go up against Dimitri Van den Bergh in the first round.
The top 32 players on the European Tour Order of Merit following this weekend will qualify for this year’s showpiece in Dortmund, with Nathan Aspinall currently occupying the final qualification place.
