Caerphilly 10k is set to return on Sunday May 11

With less than 50 days to go until Caerphilly 10k, runners still have time to sign-up and get involved.

Before the 10k through Caerphilly, there will be a 2k race, ideal for younger runners and families to get involved on Sunday May 11.

In hopes of getting as many people running as possible, the council is offering a £100 gift voucher to the school or sports club which has the highest numbers of entries in the 2k race.

Cllr Chris Morgan, cabinet member for Leisure, said: “With less than 50 days to go, now is the perfect time to sign up.

“The Caerphilly 10k and 2k are brilliant events for the community, and we’re excited to see as many people as possible getting involved.”

You can register now and find more details about the race via the council’s website.
