Gerwyn Price’s focus moves onto this weekend’s New Zealand Darts Masters, following his exit from Australian Darts Masters.
Price, from Markham, was beaten at the quarter-final stage by Chris Dobey in Wollongong, meaning he was unable to defend his title from last year.
In 2024, Price beat Luke Littler in the final in New South Wales – but it was Littler who got his hands on the trophy this year.
Now, as the players cross the Tasman Sea, the Iceman will be looking to add to his impressive World Series haul this year.
With the same format as the Australian event, the New Zealand Darts Masters will see eight of the world’s top stars battling it out against eight top talents from Oceania.
It will be played in Auckland between Friday August 15 and Saturday August 16.
