Business funding advice available in the Heads of the Valleys area

News | Richard Gurner | Published: 15:00, Tuesday January 24th, 2012.

Businesses in the Heads of the Valleys Regeneration area of Caerphilly County Borough have being invited to a series of roadshow events explaining what financial grant support is on offer.

Roadshows are being held in the following locations next week.

  • Bargoed – Young@Heart – Tuesday January 31 – 1pm to 4pm
  • New Tredegar – White Rose Centre – Wednesday February 1 – 1pm to 4pm
  • Rhymney – The College Rhymney – Thursday February 2 – 1pm to 4pm

Cllr Ron Davies, cabinet member for regeneration at Caerphilly County Borough Council said: “Local firms need as much support as possible and these grant schemes will be welcomed by businesses, particularly during these difficult times.

“I would encourage local entrepreneurs and businesses to call in to one of the road shows to find out more about the range of support that is available from funding for capital equipment through to help with ICT – whether businesses are starting up or growing.”
