A 24-year-old Newbridge man who has been missing since Sunday may have been hitch-hiking, Gwent Police have revealed.

Kyle Vaughan was last seen on Sunday December 30 at his home address.

He is described as 5ft 8ins, of slim build, with short dark hair, and brown eyes. He wears a gold neck chain with a cross and has a distinctive barcode tattoo on his inner left forearm.

Gwent Police said they had received information that Mr Vaughan might have been hitching a lift on the A467 northbound between Risca and Crosskeys, between 10.35pm and 12.30am on Sunday.

Anyone with any information regarding Kyle’s whereabouts is asked to call Gwent Police on 101.
