New players wanted for Abercarn Ladies Cricket Club

Abercarn Ladies Cricket Club is looking for new members.

The team train every Monday evening between 6.30pm and 7.30pm at Abercarn Cricket Club, which is at the Welfare Ground, Prince of Wales Industrial Estate, in Abercarn.

Their first game is on the June 19 against Malpas Ladies Cricket Club away. Another five games have been set up including a game against Bridgend Town Ladies Cricket Club, a six-a -side tournament and possibly a game against the Army at Chepstow.

Abercarn Ladies is looking for players from the age of 16 upwards together with qualified coaches and coaching assistants to help with training and games.
