Caerphilly County Borough Council’s Catering Services has achieved the prestigious Investors in People National Standard.

Investors in People is the UK’s leading people management standard and recognises an organisation’s effort to look after its employees and ensure they are at their best.

The accreditation from Investors in People will be valid for three years.

Cllr Dave Poole, cabinet member for community and leisure services, said: “To receive such a prestigious national accreditation is testament to the hard work and dedication of the management and workforce of our Catering Service. Their commitment to achieving the Investor in People Standard, and their daily contribution to this stellar service is something we can all be proud of, and look to as an example of excellent practice.”
