The library will be opening between 9.30am and 5.30pm on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays and between 9.30am and 7.30pm on Tuesdays. The cash office will be open between 9.30am and 4.30pm on Mondays and Fridays and between 9.30am and 1.30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
With caerphilly council taking the libary and cash office into the memo I hope this doesn't mean that eventually caerphilly cbc might try and claim ownership of the building like oakdale hospital because look what happened to that and oakdale stute.
The miners bought and paid for this building and it belongs to the village.
