Police are appealing for information following an assault in Corbetts Lane, Caerphilly, which took place between 1am and 2am on Sunday June 16.
The victim was walking along the lane when he was approached by two men and assaulted.
The first attacker is described as being approximately 5ft 8in tall, of slight build and with blonde hair. He is believed to have been wearing a tracksuit top.
The second was 5ft 10in tall, of broad build and with dark coloured hair.
One of the offenders seemed to have a northern accent.
The victim sustained bruising and swelling to the face.
