Caerphilly print brothers’ new appointment

Just two years after the collapse of their multi-million pound Cardiff Print Company, the Caerphilly-based Hartley Brothers are back at the top.

Dominic Hartley and Chris Hartley have been elected to join the board of PCP (Pugh’s Colourprint UK Limited), a professional print and finishing company based in Seaway Parade Industrial Park, Baglan.

The all-purpose print company has a turnover of £1.5m and employs 15 members of staff.

PCP produces high quality print for blue chip clients.

PCP’s major shareholders, the South Wales based Davis family also run Lexon Group an established packaging and point of sale Company based in Crumlin.

Dominic Hartley said: “We are delighted to join the board of PCP, our appointments have furthered the trust and faith that the Davis family have shown in us from day one.

“We are committed to developing our presence in South Wales and fully intend to become the number one choice for high quality print in the Principality.”

Christian Hartley added: “Our two years with the Lexon Group has seen the purchase of two new printing presses, a move to 10,000sq ft purpose-built premises, additional staff recruitment and the launch of a brand new website pcp.biz.”
