Police are appealing for information after a dog was killed in a hit-and-run accident in Bargoed.
The dog, a Rottweiler, had run out from a garden on Shelley Close, Aberbargoed, onto Commercial Street and was hitr by a passing vehicle. The driver of the vehicle did not stop.
The incident occurred between 5.45pm and 6pm on 26th November. The dog died from its injuries about 30 minutes after the collision.
The incident occurred on the main road on the junction of The George public house.
