Penpedairheol rally driver Aaron Jones finishes fourth in his class in the first tarmac race of the season, despite suffering a puncture in the first stage.

With new co-driver Josh Jones, the teenagers finished in the top 20 overall in every stage at the Lawrence Landfill Dale Stages in West Wales.

The early puncture meant it was maximum attack, where the pair passed cars in front of them on every stage of a good clean day, ensuring that they could get the best result possible.

Aaron Jones said: “The team really showed our pace and we will be back soon to try and take the fight to the other cars.”

The team have also welcomed a new sponsor in the form of PowerMaxed, a large brand that supply cleaning products for vehicles.
