Senghenydd Sirens lost 26-5 to Haverfordwest in Division 2 on September 27.
The team, in just their second competitive season, showed a huge improvement from the last time the two teams met.
The Sirens lost 83-0 in a Supercup semi-final in April and now face Ynysybwl away in the league on October 11.
