Two Caerphilly riders have been shortlisted for the USN Welsh Cycling Awards 2015, which will be held next month.
Downhill mountain bike rider Manon Carpenter is a finalist in the Elite Cyclist of the Year category, after finishing runner-up in the UCI World Cup Series and UCI World Championships.
Carpenter won gold in both last year and was named Elite Cyclist of the Year for 2014.
This year she is up against Geraint Thomas, Owain Doull and Elinor Barker for the award.
Meanwhile Andrew Duggan has made the final three in the Club Cyclist of the Year category after a successful season with Caerphilly Cycling Club, which formed earlier this year.
Anne Adams-King, Chief Executive Officer of Welsh Cycling said: “The shortlist of finalists is a credit to Welsh Cycling, clubs and fellow members. All those nominated should be proud that they have been recognised by the Welsh cycling community for their commitment to the sport.”
