Educ8, a provider of learning and staff development services based in Ystrad Mynach, has been announced as the top Welsh company to work for in the 2016 Sunday Times best small companies list.
Placed at number three, Educ8 is one of only two Welsh companies on the list, with Source Insurance based in Penarth placed at number 45.
Colin Tucker CEO of Educ8, said: “We are delighted to be named as the top Welsh small company to work for in the UK and achieve third place overall.
“In 2014 we were placed at number 51 so it’s a real jump up the ranks for us this year, we are immensely proud of what we have achieved and all of the hard work our people put in.”
