A team of five staff members from Caerphilly-based insurance firm Constructaquote.com are tackling the Welsh Three Peaks Challenge.
The team, comprising of Brad Watson, Alisha Edwards, Adam Gauci, Martin Jones and Steve Davey, are hoping to raise £3,000 for the Noah’s Ark Appeal and the CATS (Cure and Action for Tay-Sachs) Foundation.
Both charities are close to team members Brad and Alisha, who received support and care for their children.
The challenge will see the team climb 9,000ft and hike more than 20 miles in just 15 hours, starting at the highest mountain in Wales, Snowdon, then tackling Cadair Idris before finishing on Pen y Fan in the Brecon Beacons.
