Home to the UK’s first hypermarket, famed for its castle, and now Caerphilly town has its very own dedicated yoga studio.

Yoga teacher and author Diana Brook, 41, from Pontyclun, has teamed up with Baseline Physiotherapy on Western Industrial Estate, to open the new studio space to offer classes alongside physio treatments.

Nikki McLaughlin, of Baseline Physiotherapy, wanted to add yoga to their services and approached Diana with a business opportunity.

They have developed specialised yoga courses for sport aimed at
helping to aid recovery, build core strength, and improve performance.

There will also be a range of classes to suit all abilities.

Diana said she was very excited about the new studio, which opens
its doors on Friday, August 19.
