Household Waste Recycling Centres and public toilets will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

Cabinet Member Cllr Nigel George said: “Our weekly food waste collection service is provided every week of the year and is the involvement of residents in this scheme will play a key part in our efforts to achieve national recycling targets.

“I would like to thank all those who are currently participating in the food waste recycling scheme and would encourage all our residents to recycle even more over the festive period”.
