Pupils at Cwmfelinfach Primary School have proven their green credentials after being awarded an environmental award.
The school has been handed a Platinum award through the Eco Schools project, run by Keep Wales Tidy.
Teacher Carrie Dark said: “We have a fantastic eco committee here at Cwmfelinfach Primary and we have all worked very hard to achieve the Platinum award.
“We are very lucky to have ex-pupils and eco committee members return for the after-school club, which is run every week.
“Their continued support is very much appreciated.”
Cllr Derek Havard, Cabinet Member for Education and Lifelong Learning, congratulated the pupils and staff for their efforts.
