Sainsbury’s Pontllanfraith has thanked generous customers after they donated around £350 worth of food to a foodbank.
Three trollies were filled ahead of Christmas with food and were donated to Rhymney Valley Foodbank.
Linda Korczynski, of Sainsbury’s Pontllanfraith, said: “I just want to say a big thank you to all of our customers for their kind generosity over the Christmas period.
“They donated three trollies full of donations for Rhymney Valley Fodbank in less than two weeks – equivalent to more than £350.”
