A 29-year-old man from Caerphilly and a 33-year-old man from Bargoed have been arrested in connection with the robbery of an elderly man.
Police and paramedics were called at around 10am Monday, April 24 to Hillside Crescent, in Rogerstone.
Gwent Police said the victim suffered a cut to the arm and had £150 stolen.
A spokeswoman for Gwent Police said: “A 29-yea-old man from Caerphilly has been released under investigation and a 33-year-old man from Bargoed has been charged with robbery.”
