Pupils from Ysgol Gynradd Gymraeg y Castell, Ysgol Gymraeg Caerfilli, Ysgol Gymraeg Cwm Gwyddon, Trinant Primary School, and St Martin’s School will form part of a celebratory choir at a concert on Friday June 30 at the Motorpoint Arena in Cardiff.
Don’t Stop Us Now is being held by charity Hybu Pobl Ifanc as a celebration of youth music.
