A man and a woman were treated at the scene of a three-vehicle crash by paramedics earlier today, Friday, August 25.

The crash, on Caerphilly’s Bedwas Bridge Roundabout at the Lansbury link road turn-off, happened at around 1.40pm and involved a Honda Civic, a BMW and a DAF Wickes delivery truck.

A spokesman for the Welsh Ambulance Service said: “We sent a crew in an emergency ambulance and a paramedic in a rapid response vehicle and a man and a woman were provided with clinical care at the scene, but did not require hospital treatment.”

There was traffic disruption for a short time as the vehicles were recovered.
