A Caerphilly-based yoga studio, which opened a year ago, has already expanded to a second site in South Wales.

Yoga teacher and author Diana Brook, 42, from Pontyclun, teamed up with Baseline Physiotherapy on Western Industrial Estate, to open her Diana Brook Yoga With Soul Studio to offer classes alongside physio treatments.

In only 12 months Diana and her team have grown and expanded the business to more than 50 members.

With the Caerphilly studio exceeding expectations and targets, the second branded studio has recently opened in Bridgend.

Diana said: “Starting with a small schedule in the first Yoga with Soul studio, we soon found that demand for the physical, mental and emotional benefits of yoga were proving so popular in the Caerphilly area that a timetable expansion was needed.

“With a range of classes each and every day, Yoga with Soul has made yoga accessible and affordable to the people of Caerphilly and the surrounding areas.

“Throughout the year, Yoga with Soul partners with both home-grown and international teachers and talent to host expert-driven workshops on yoga, wellness, and self-improvement.

“In August of this year, internationally renowned life coach, speaker and author Brett Moran joined hands with Yoga with Soul for the second year running to deliver his ‘From Fear to Freedom’ workshop – to a rounding success.”
