Despicable act – but isn’t it time the hospital employed uniformed security staff to deter and prevent such acts ?
why does the one look as if hes carrying a petrol can or is it my eyes .
Looks like a petrol can to me too, right shape, size and colour.
When security today should be at its highest how did this happen? We need security in these places in this times of Terrorism
In 2011, when this clinic first opened, myself and my girlfriend wandered around this place as we had been informed that my very ill mother had been transferred here. In fact she had not and was not anywhere in the building. The two of us, accompanied by another couple who had been told a similar story, set off in different directions to try and locate our respective relatives. The search was fruitless but we all expressed amazement that we had access to expensive medical and computer equipment in a building empty of staff. It appears nothing has changed.
According to the article the incident occurred at 2.45am – during the night the main entrance is the only access open to the public.
If they cant ensure this access is controlled and secure its no wonder people can wander around at will once inside the building.
