Police want to identify this man following the attack in Pontllanfraith

Police are trying to identify the man pictured in these CCTV images after a 29-year-old woman was sexually assaulted.

The attack happened on Penmaen Road, Pontllanfraith, at around 8.30pm on Sunday, September 24.

A Gwent Police spokeswoman said: “We would like to speak to the man shown in the CCTV footage as we believe he may be able to assist us in our enquiry.

“If anyone witnessed this assault or has any information please call 101 quoting log 554 24/9/17 or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
