Stolen Volkswagen campervan crashes into queue of cars before being abandoned on Pwllypant roundabout

Police are searching for this man after the theft of campervan from Maesycwmmer

Police are appealing to find a man who stole a campervan, before crashing and abandoning it on the Pwllypant roundabout.

The white Volkswagen Transporter was taken from Maesycwmmer Service Station at around midday on Friday, November 17.

It was then driven into eight vehicles which were queuing on the A469 near to the Pwllypant Cedar Tree roundabout road works, before being abandoned on the roundabout itself. The man ran away and police are attempting to trace him.

Anyone with information about the incident can call 101 quoting log 177 17/11/17.
