Police shut the A469 near the Pwllypant roundabout this morning following a serious road traffic collision.
The incident occurred on the A469 between the Pwllypant and Coed y Brain roundabouts.
Road users reported major delays following the incident that is believed to have involved two vehicles.
Police reopened the road just after 8am, but delays continue and alterations have been made to bus services in the area.
