Missing Wylie man found

Andrew Simpson was last seen on Saturday, February 16

UPDATE: Gwent Police say Mr Simpson has now been found.

Gwent Police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of a missing man from Wylie.

Andrew Simpson, 59, was reported missing on Sunday, February 17.

The last confirmed sighting of Mr Simpson was on Saturday, February 16.

Mr Simpson is described as 5ft3,of stocky build and has greyish hair. He also wears round glasses and a dai cap.

Mr Simpson also has a Scottish accent.

Police believe Mr Simpson is using a blue Volkswagen Polo with the registration number WK02 ZPY.

Anyone with any information relating to Andrew’s whereabouts or any sightings of his blue VW Polo is urged to call Gwent Police on 101 quoting: 351 17/02/19.
