The sales division of long-established Caerphilly estate agent Fussells has continued to trade after it was bought by Newport-based Pinkmove.

Fussells announced last year that it would be closing its sales division with the retirement of founder Charles Fussell after 37 years.

However, the sales side has continued with Pinkmove buying the sales division.

Paul and Jenna Cleverly of Pinkmove stepped in to acquire the business and now operate it as “Fussells Pinkmove”.

Paul and Jenna already own and operate Pinkmove in Newport and Cardiff Homes in Cardiff.

The sale has meant saving two long-term employees.

Paul said “I have often admired Charles and Sheryl’s business from afar, having the utmost respect for the service and brand they have built together over the past 37 years.

“Both myself and Jenna are incredibly excited to be investing in the future of the Fussells Pinkmove brand in Caerphilly.”
