After Caerphilly Observer made enquiries about the van this week, it was eventually removed.

Speaking before its removal, Cllr Elaine Forehead, who represents the St James ward, had called it a danger to the public.

A spokesman for Caerphilly County Borough Council said enquiries about the van were being made.
