Win a family ticket for outside experience Wonder Cinema

Wonder Cinema is coming to Blackwood and Caerphilly

Wonder Cinema, founded by managing director Ryan Powell and creative director Rebecca Hucker, is more than just an outdoor cinema. Their unique cinema is coming to Caerphilly at The Meadows Farm Park and Blackwood at Pencoed Fach Farm.

Before every film there is an act on stage that is appropriate to the film. For example, you might expect to see a magician before the wonderful world of Harry Potter or a circus fire dancer before The Greatest Showman.

What to expect at an outdoor cinema and festival
Wonder Cinema’s tagline is “More than just outdoor cinema” as the company pledges to give the attendees more than just a movie-screening included in their ticket cost. Before any entertainment, local businesses will set-up stalls to offer a range of meals, snacks and goodies to the public. Expect to see slushies, doughnuts, popcorn and more at the event.

Wonder Cinema’s directors are passionate about local business and only offer advertising space before the movies to local businesses to encourage the attendees to shop local after the event is finished.

The organisers are dedicated to keeping the ticket cost low during the cost-of-living crisis and currently have ticket deals to make the price only £10 per person. This includes the acts as well as the movie.

Tickets and screening details can be found on the Wonder Cinema website.
