Firefighters have been called to a blaze in Pontymister, Risca.
The fire broke out on Commercial Lane, behind Commercial Street, earlier this afternoon, Friday, June 25.
An eye witness told Caerphilly Observer they heard explosion sounds and saw debris being flung into the air.
The South Wales Fire and Rescue Service said “multiple crews” were in attendance and the incident is “currently ongoing”.
The fire service said it received reports of a vehicle fire at around 12.35pm.
