Stephanie Jones and Connor Griffiths have been recalled to prison

A robber and an attempted robber who were released from prison on licence are now wanted back behind bars.

Gwent Police has appealed for information on the whereabouts of 43-year-old Stephanie Jones, from Rhymney, as well as 21-year-old Connor Griffiths, from Bargoed.

Jones, who received a 36-month prison sentence for robbery at Cardiff Crown Court in June last year, was released from prison this month.

However, after breaching the conditions of her release, she has been recalled to prison.

Gwent Police does not disclose what the licence conditions were, or what conditions have been broken.

Anyone with information on Jones’ whereabouts can contact Gwent Police on 101, quoting reference 2200411317.

Meanwhile, Griffiths was handed a two-year sentence for attempted robbery at Cardiff Crown Court in June last year, but has since been released on licence.

He too has breached the conditions of his release and is wanted by Gwent Police.

Anyone with information on Jones’ whereabouts can contact Gwent Police with the reference 2200418944.

Gwent Police can also be contacted through direct message on Facebook of Twitter, while Crimestoppers can be contacted anonymously on 0800 555 111.
