Susan Calman’s Grand Day Out airs on Channel 5

Scottish comedian Susan Calman will visit Caerphilly in the latest episode of Susan Calman’s Grand Day Out.

The episode airs on Channel 5 at 8pm on Friday May 26 and features members of the Tommy Cooper Society, including former mayor Cllr Liz Aldworth.

The show follows Calman as she fires up her vintage campervan and hits the road, travelling across the UK

As well as Caerphilly, season five episode three also sees Calman visit Cardiff Castle and Cardiff Bay, as well as the Rhondda valleys, the Gower and the National Botanic Garden of Wales.
