Train services between Ystrad Mynach and Rhymney will be affected this week due to work on the South Wales Metro.
Bus replacement services will be running all day on Tuesday May 30, Wednesday May 31 and Thursday June 1 and again on Saturday June 3 and Sunday June 4.
Transport for Wales is advising passengers to check their journey prior to departure.
Other train lines, including Cardiff Central to Merthyr Tydfil and Aberdare, are being replaced by bus replacement services until June 3.
