World number four Price, from Markham, opens his campaign to American number one Jules van Dongen at Madison Square Garden.
The competition sees 16 players, including eight from North America, battle it out for the £20,000 prize in the Big Apple.
The first round of the competition gets underway at midnight, Saturday June 3.
The competition will conclude on Saturday evening and into early hours of Sunday morning, with the quarter-finals, semi-finals and final.
If Price beats van Dongen, he will face world number six Luke Humphries or USA’s Alex Spellman in the quarter-finals.
