Gerwyn Price is back in action on Thursday night as the 2023 darts European Championships get underway in Germany.
Price, from Markham, takes on 21-year-old Irishman Keane Barry in the opening round in Dortmund on Thursday October 26.
The competition concludes on Sunday October 29, where the winner will take home the £120,000 top prize.
The opening round also sees Carmarthenshire’s Jonny Clayton take on Portugal’s Jose de Sousa, while 2022 champion Ross Smith faces Ricardo Pietreczko.
Other picks from the opening round include reigning world champion Michael Smith taking on Raymond van Barneveld, while Rob Cross plays Belgium’s Dimitri van den Bergh.
