Police appeal after firework thrown at teenage girl

Apollo Way, Blackwood

A teenage girl suffered minor injuries after three men threw a firework at her in Blackwood last month.

The incident happened on Apollo Way, Blackwood, sometime between 7pm and 8.30pm on Friday October 13.

Two of the men reportedly left shortly after, travelling along Albany Road towards Gordon Road in a dark-coloured Citroen C4.

Gwent Police is investigating the incident.

On Wednesday November 22, the force appealed for anyone with information, including CCTV or dashcam footage of Apollo Way between 7pm and 8.30pm on October 13, to come forward.
