More than 250 vapes were stolen from a chip shop in Caerphilly, with police now investigating.

The incident happened at Berni’s Fish Bar, on Buxton Court, Lansbury Park, at around 1.45pm on Thursday September 28.

An appeal was launched by Gwent Police on Monday December 11.

In a statement, the force said: “Two youths allegedly walked into the shop and took boxes, containing more than 250 vapes, from behind the counter.

“Officers would like to speak to these two boys pictured, who were in the area at the time and may be able to help with the investigation.”

Anyone with information can contact Gwent Police on 101 or through direct message on Facebook or Twitter, quoting log reference 2300334090.

Alternatively, Crimestoppers can be contacted anonymously on 0800 555 111.

Single-use vapes should be banned, Senedd told
