A 16-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of endangering road users and causing criminal damage after rocks were reportedly thrown at vehicles on the A467, better known as Risca bypass.
Caerphilly Observer has reported on several incidents near the old brickworks on the road over recent months, including a report from a man who had a paving slab thrown through his car windscreen.
The boy, 16, was arrested by the Gwent Police Caerphilly Central neighbourhood policing team on Friday March 8.
He has since been released on conditional bail.
