Road closures in June to allow for grass cutting

A council worker cutting grass near Ystrad Mynach

Several roads across Caerphilly County Borough will close in the coming weeks so grass can be cut.

Caerphilly County Borough Council, which is responsible for grass cutting, has announced which roads will be closed and for how long.

The affected roads are:

Risca Bypass A467 – Saturday June 1: Daytime closure between Rogerstone and Crosskeys (Morrisons to Full Moon roundabout – to include all roundabouts).

Newbridge Bypass A472 – Sunday June 2: Daytime closure between Maesycwmmer and Newbridge, including roundabouts.

Llanbradach Bypass A469 – Saturday June 8: From the Pwllypant roundabout to Shappelles dance school roundabout and back, including all roundabouts.

Caerphilly Southern Bypass A468 – Sunday June 9. From Crossways roundabout down to Penrhos roundabout and back, including all roundabouts. Stop and go board traffic management.
